By using Medi E-Billing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services
Medi E-Billing provides medical billing, claims submission, revenue cycle management, and
compliance support services.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information required to perform services effectively.

4. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed contractually. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Confidentiality
All client data is treated as confidential in compliance with POPIA and healthcare regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability
Medi E-Billing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where required by South
African law.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to contractual obligations.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
